Our office is located one block from North Providence High School on Mineral Spring Ave., 2 miles west of Rt. 146. We have been in the same location since 1979, and have 9 treatment rooms, xray equipment, a massage therapist and an ample waiting room. The office is entirely handicap accessable.

Insurance and Billing
